Shipping and Returns Policy

Flat rate shipping of $15.00 Australia Wide.

We typically dispatch orders within one business day & orders are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and Public Holidays, will generally be processed on the next business day.

Delivery within Australian metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 10 business days of being dispatched as per the Australia Post website. For regional areas, delivery may take a little longer.

WHAT can be returned?

We endeavour to dispatch all ordered products accordingly however sometimes things may inadvertently go wrong. Any goods supplied in error by Bumble Knits & Yarns will be replaced at our cost.

If you receive goods that have been damaged through transit, please keep all damaged packaging and contact us immediately.

Please double check products ordered and postal address details carefully before you confirm your order, as Bumble Bee Knits & Yarns cannot be held responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address has been supplied or if you have ordered in incorrect product.

* We are unable to accept returns of digital patterns once downloaded, unless there is a fault. In the case of a fault with digital pattern downloads, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to download the pattern(s) and check it for faults within this period. We will not be able to issue a refund after this time.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Please examine all shipments immediately upon receipt. If defective or the incorrect product is received, you must notify us immediately of receipt.
